Research background
Wolverine Blend is not a new molecule: it is the co-formulation in a single vial of TB-500 and BPC-157, the two peptides with the most preclinical literature in tissue repair.
The reason for combining them is that they act through different pathways — TB-500 on actin dynamics and cell migration, BPC-157 on angiogenesis and nitric oxide signaling — which makes a combined effect a reasonable question to ask. One point should be clear: the existing literature studies each peptide separately, and data on the combination is sparse. That is precisely what remains to be investigated.
Reconstitution and handling
- Work on a clean surface and disinfect the vial stopper with an alcohol wipe before piercing it.
- Add the bacteriostatic water slowly, letting it run down the inner wall of the vial rather than landing on the powder.
- Do not shake. Swirl the vial gently until the lyophilized powder has fully dissolved: vigorous agitation degrades the peptide.
- The solution should come out clear. If it turns cloudy or shows suspended particles, do not use it.
