Shipping and delivery times
Lyophilised peptides leave our warehouse in Spain and travel in insulated packaging to the twenty-seven countries of the European Union. Here is the full detail: when your order ships, how long it takes, what it costs and in what condition it arrives.
When your order ships
Orders confirmed before 12:00, Monday to Saturday, ship the same day. After that time, and on Sundays and public holidays, they ship on the next working day.
"Confirmed" means paid. With an instant payment method the order enters the packing queue straight away; with a bank transfer, as soon as we see the money in the account, which is not up to us.
How long it takes to arrive
Working days counted from when the parcel leaves, not from when you place the order. These are the usual transport times, not a contractual commitment: a carrier incident, a strike or a seasonal peak will stretch them, and that is not in our hands.

What it costs
Free shipping on all orders of 200 € or more, to any country in the European Union.
- · Spain: 7,99 € below that amount.
- · Rest of the European Union: 12,99 € below that amount.
The exact cost is worked out in the cart from the destination country and shown to you before you confirm the order: a shipping charge never appears after payment. As every destination is inside the EU, there are no duties or customs fees.
How the product travels
- · The vials are stored lyophilised at -20 °C until the order is packed.
- · They ship in insulated packaging, to hold the cold chain during transport.
- · The parcel carries no reference to its contents on the outside. Inside, each vial has its label with the batch number and the expiry date.
- · On arrival, store them at -20 °C, or at 4 °C if you will use them within the next 30 days. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep them refrigerated at 2-8 °C for up to four weeks.
The cold chain is why the return conditions are strict: a vial that has left our control cannot go back into the sales circuit, because a break in the cold chain cannot be verified afterwards.
Where we ship
To the twenty-seven countries of the European Union, and only to those: we do not ship outside the EU. The country list in the cart is exactly where we deliver, so if a country is not on it, we cannot serve it.
The buyer is responsible for verifying the legality of importing and using research peptides in their own country. The rules are not the same in all twenty-seven.
When your order arrives
You can check the status of your order on the tracking page with its number and the email you ordered with. If it arrives broken, with the thermal packaging compromised or with a different product from the one you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery: the procedure and what you need to send are in the returns policy.
Keep the packaging until you have checked that everything is correct. After those 48 hours a problem can no longer be attributed to transport, and it is the only window we can guarantee.
